WeLl..ThIs Is MoRe LiKe WhAt I sTuDiEd LaSt TiMe :)

TODAY WE LEARNT SOMETHING OLD..DO YOU REMEMBER ABOUT GRADIENT THAT WE STUDIED IN HIGH SCHOOL LAST TIME??? WELL, TODAY'S LESSON WAS SOMETHING LIKE IT..WE LEARNT ABOUT SLOPES AND AVERAGE RATE OF CHANGE IN A GRAPH..THIS WIL BE MORE LIKE A REPEAT TO YOU..BUT I HAVE TO LIST IT ANIHOW..LOLZ!!!

TODAY'S IMPORTANT REVIEW ~

SECANT IS A LINE THAT CONNECTS TWO POINTS ON A GRAPH

SLOPE OF A SECANT IS THE GRADIENT OF THE LINE

INDEPENDANT VARIABLES ARE VARIABLES THAT WE CAN CHANGE

DEPENDANT VARIABLES ARE VARIABLES THAT RESPOND TO THE CHANGES IN THE INDEPENDANT VARIABLE

AVERAGE RATE OF CHANGE MEASURES HOW QUICKLY DEPENDANT VARIABLE CHANGES WITH RESPECT TO INDEPENDANT VARIABLE

AVERAGE RATE OF CHANGE = DIFFERENCE IN DEPENDANT VARIABLE OVER DFFERENCE IN INDEPENDANT VARIABLE
